Loss Prevention Specialist

Heartland Credit Union is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to serve as a point of contact with members during investigations on all account fraud, and to prevent and mitigate risk and loss to members and the Credit Union. This person will respond to all loss prevention questions and issues, and provide direction to staff and members, as well as prepare and present criminal cases to proper authorities and attend any court proceedings. The successful candidate will have college degree or equivalent, prior financial experience and strong knowledge of collection and bankruptcy laws.

This position has a potential to be a work from home position.

Collector

We are seeking a full-time collector for our High Crossing Blvd office in Madison. This position has the potential to be a work from home position. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years collections experience, excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate, problem solve and reduce delinquency.
