Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst

Heartland Credit Union has an opening for a Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst. This person will be responsible for management of Agricultural and Business portfolios to assure compliance with credit union policy and will play a key role in recommending new credit and extensions of credit through research and analysis of financial data to determine credit worthiness of applicants and the degree of risk involved. Overseeing of documentation, monitoring and review of member files and loan performance is required.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2-years experience in financial analysis. Excellent communication skills are required. A college degree in Business or related field is preferred. Office location is negotiable.

Data Analyst

Main Office • High Crossing Blvd (Full-time)

The Data Analyst will oversee the collection, storage and transmission of data for all business areas of the credit union. This person will work with data generated by a wide variety of credit union systems to extract, validate and generate business reports that management will use in decision making. The Data Analyst will coordinate with various business areas to develop report specifications, track requests, and to document solutions implemented. This person must have great attention to detail, the ability to communicate and interpret information, analytical skills to work with large amounts of data, and technical skills required to maintain and transmit data in a secure environment. A college degree in math, statistics, computer science or another related field is strongly preferred.
