Call Center Representative

Main Office (Madison)

Heartland Credit Union is seeking an outgoing and friendly person to work in our call center at our Main Office on High Crossing Blvd. in Madison. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional member service to our members by assisting them with their financial needs. This candidate will also seek opportunities to cross-sell products and services to the membership to ensure we are putting the member in the best financial situation.  Qualifications for this position include a minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Experience working in a financial institution and/or call center is preferred.

Business Analyst

Main Office (Madison)

Heartland is looking for a Business Analyst for our main office in Madison. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong business acumen, will be comfortable working with third party vendors, and will have a strong IT aptitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Core system user profile maintenance
  • Report writing
  • Date exchange facilitation
  • IT daily processing
  • Process automation
  • Third party vendor coordination, administration

Necessary skills include:

  • 3+ years of credit union experience
  • Well organized
  • Documentation and tracking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and personable
  • Problem solving skills
  • Understanding of process improvement
  • ITIL knowledge

Member Service Representative

Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Analyst for our Madison office. This person’s primary focus will be providing technical support for computer, network and banking equipment in an Active Directory environment. A 2-year technical IT degree is required. 4-years experience working in an IT related field is preferred. Completion of Microsoft certifications preferred.
