After logging in to your account, you will need to RE-ACCEPT the Mobile Check Deposit Agreement because this is a totally new mobile check depositing tool.

Heartland Mobile App and Mobile Check Deposit
First, you’ll have to download our new mobile app for either Apple or Android (links above). Secondly, you’ll need to re-enroll for mobile check deposit – even if you’re currently using mobile check deposit – you’ll need to re-enroll.
How do I enroll in mobile check deposit? Download the new app and then, on the bottom menu bar of the mobile app, click the “Move Money” icon and select “Deposit Check.” From here, you’ll be prompted to sign into your online account where you then may select “Register.” After your registration has been submitted, your account will be reviewed within a business day. The status of your registration can be found by clicking the “Move Money” icon and select “Deposit Check”.
Will I need a different username and password for mobile check deposit? No! That’s one of the reasons we made the change – you’ll no longer need a separate login. Your online banking credentials will log you into both online banking and mobile check deposit.
Is there a fee to use Heartland’s mobile check deposit? No – it’s free to all eligible Heartland Credit Union member/owners.
What devices are supported? You can use Heartland’s mobile app and mobile check deposit on most Apple and/or Android devices including phones and tablets. You might have trouble if you’re using an older phone or tablet. Keep your phone and/or tablet up to date and make sure you’re running the most recent version of your operating system. This is for good, clean functionality but also for your safety as security fixes are often addressed in updates.
Can any member/owner enroll in mobile check deposit? Any account owned by natural persons, the use of which is for personal, family or household purposes. Any account owned by a business or organization (additional underwriting is required). All accounts must be in good standing.
Do I need to provide any additional information on my check when using mobile check deposit? Yes – please make sure to endorse the back of the check with the words “For Mobile Deposit only to Heartland Credit Union” along with your signature.
Do I need to keep my check after submitting it using mobile check deposit? Yes – it’s a good idea to hold onto all checks you deposit until you can confirm the funds are in your account. Once confirmed, you can destroy them safely.
How long does it take for a check to post using mobile check deposit? We will post deposits 4 times per day with the last posting at 11pm. If the deposit requires additional review, and is accepted, the posting will occur within the next business day.
