Phone calls from the “fraud department”

We’ve heard from members stating they’ve received a call from the “fraud department” asking them to verify their 16-digit card number.

Remember — neither Heartland or our credit card processor will ever call asking for this information. We already know it. Calls like this are attempts to steal credit card information. If you receive a call like this — hang up. An email — delete it.
