Shared Access
Share access to your accounts easily and securely! With Shared Access, you can assign permissions by account for another user—member or non-member—to make transfers, view balances, view statements, and pay bills. Edit or revoke access at any time within Online Banking.
Account Aggregation
Monitor all of your accounts in one place, even those not at Heartland! Create a consolidated view of your assets and liabilities right within Heartland’s Online Banking platform. After adding your accounts, the details and transactions for your external accounts are automatically synchronized daily.
Digital ID
Digital ID helps you save time and keep your account secure. When you enable Digital ID, you can allow Heartland to verify your identity at the push of a button! You can find this feature in our new mobile app.
Overdraft Protection
Assign backup accounts to automatically transfer funds to cover costs when one account does not have sufficient funds.
Card Controls
View information about your debit and credit cards, control the use of your cards, and maintain their status without having to contact the credit union directly. You can setup approved merchant types and geographic areas for added protection. Right now, these features are available in a separate mobile app but they will soon be integrated into the Heartland app.
