Heartland’s President & CEO celebrates her 40th anniversary!
Sally Dischler applied for an intern position with the then Madison Telco Credit Union in 1977. She got the job but forgot her work permit and Al Roder had to drive her back to Spring Green to get it. So began our favorite “work your way up through the ranks” stories we never tire of telling.
