Q: Can we still access safe deposit boxes? Yes, but please call 800.362.3944 so we can put you in touch with the appropriate branch manager for your safe deposit box location. We’ll work with you to set up an appointment.
Q: What about home loans — both those in the works and new financing? First of all, mortgage processing times may be delayed. Rest assured, we will get to you as soon as possible. We continue to work with member/owners who are in the process of buying a home. If you’re thinking about a new home loan, call, email or message us on Facebook and we’ll put you in touch with a mortgage lender. Remember — we may not get back to you right away but know that we’ll reach out as soon as possible!
Q: What if I need a new or replacement debit or credit card? You can get a new card instantly at any Heartland location via the drive-up.
Q: What if I need a notary? We are unable to offer notary services via the drive-ups.
