Dianne Jentz joined Heartland in June 1999 and has over 20 years of experience working with local farmers and producers. She was raised on a dairy and cash crop farm in Southwest Wisconsin where she worked throughout her high school and college years. Dianne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business, with an emphasis in finance and marketing, from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.

In October 2017, Dianne was honored by the University of Wisconsin – Platteville with the College of Business, Industry, Life Science, and Agriculture Outstanding Alumni Award in recognition of her contributions to her profession and community.

Lisa Schueler joined Heartland in February 2015 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She graduated from UW Eau Claire where she played collegiate softball. She was recently named to the UW Eau Claire Athletic Hall of Fame.

Leah McDonald (NMLS #1672638)

Leah McDonald joined Heartland Credit Union in September 2017, but she’s been working in the finance industry for the past 12 years. She’s spent that time working closely with local farmers and businesses, handling everything from agricultural lending to insurance.

Leah was raised on a dairy farm in Southwest Wisconsin and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.

She enjoys working with producers and business owners to help them achieve their short- and long-term goals, as well as managing and mitigating their risk and helping them find solutions for both.

Leah is eager to assist you with your agricultural and small business ventures at our Dodgeville office.
