Member Service Representative
Heartland Credit Union is currently seeking full-time Member Service Representatives for our W. Washington Ave. and High Crossing Blvd. offices in Madison, WI as well as our DeForest, WI office. This person will work to establish relationships with our members by assisting them with products and services the credit union has to offer. Duties include performing member transactions, opening memberships, working with Special Accounts and cross-selling consumer loans. Qualifications include experience working in a customer service oriented environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail are required.

Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst
Heartland Credit Union has an opening for a Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst. This person will be responsible for management of Agricultural and Business portfolios to assure compliance with credit union policy. Overseeing of documentation, monitoring and review of member files and loan performance is required.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2-years experience as an Agricultural or Business Loan Officer or Credit Analyst. Excellent communication skills are required. A college degree in Business or related field is preferred. Office location is negotiable.
