Member Service Representative • Lancaster
Heartland Credit Union is currently seeking a full-time Member Service Representative for our Lancaster, WI office. This person will work to establish relationships with our members by assisting them with products and services the credit union has to offer. Qualifications include experience working in a sales and customer service oriented environment. Great communication skills are required.
Member Service Representative IV • Corporate Office
Heartland Credit Union is currently seeking to fill a full-time Member Service Representative IV position located at our Corporate Office on High Crossing Blvd. This person will work to establish relationships with our members by assisting them with products and services the credit union has to offer. Duties include opening memberships, working with Special Accounts and conducting Consumer Loans. Previous lending experience is required. Good communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
Technical Support Analyst • Corporate Office
Heartland Credit Union is currently seeking a full-time Technical Support Analyst. This person will provide ongoing technical support for the credit union's information systems environment. Primary focus will be: Active Directory, service desk support, PC setups, imaging, software installation and deployment.
An Associate's degree is required with 2-years experience.
Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst
Heartland Credit Union has an opening for a Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst. This person will be responsible for management of Agricultural and Business portfolios to assure compliance with credit union policy. Overseeing of documentation, monitoring and review of member files and loan performance is required.
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2-years experience as an Agricultural or Business Loan Officer or Credit Analyst. Excellent communication skills are required. A college degree in Business or related field is preferred. Office location is negotiable.
